Refunds and Return Policy

All sales are final on EzBuySkin and there are no return and refunds unless the item that is received is either not working or it is a different item from what was described. If this is the case, you’ll be covered by Buyer Guarantee to get an code exchange or refund if this item is out of stock.

Please check carefully the codes version before you buy. All PUBG Skins we sell are for STEAM PC

Once a transaction has been completed, there are absolutely no returns or refunds. By completing the transaction, you are agreeing to accept the item and finalizing the transaction.

To avoid a dispute with a transaction, we encourage Buyers to review the listing photos, description, visit our official youtube channel to watch skin in game performance or searching online to see the in game performance and ask us for item condition before purchasing. Code must to be redeem as soon as possible, max within 24h after we send. Or buyer has to take the responsibility if codes expired. No refund and no exchange.

All items purchased are exactly as described, as the item cannot be misrepresented and is delivered in the exact same way that they are listed. Because of this, all delivered escrowed items do not fall under the PUBG Studio Buyer Guarantee.

Fraudulent claims may includes

A buyer filing a charge back via payment processor after rating and completing the purchase
Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the buyer’s account under the return policy. If the received item from a purchase is not according to the listing description, please open a dispute while the transaction is still ongoing.

Issue 1: Code has been redeemed

First please try to redeem code again in PUBG game store by copy( CTRL C) and past (CTRL V) to avoid typing mistakes. Please open a live chat and send us a screen cut immediately, we will check with PUBG official the skin redeem date. If it has been redeemed before we send to client, we will send you another code or refund if it’s sold out.

Issue 2: Code is invalid

First please try to redeem code again in PUBG game store by copy( CTRL C) and past (CTRL V) to avoid typing mistakes.Please open a live chat and send us a screen cut immediately, we will check with PUBG official about the skin code condition. If it has been invalid before we send to client, we will refund you or you can change into other item with similar price.

Issue 3: Coupon or discount doesn’t work

Issue 4: I can’t find the item that I want

Please try to search the keyword on our website, if no info, please open a live chat to ask your online waiter.

Issue 5: I can’t process the payment on website or I can’t find the way I want that I want to pay for example Paypal, Skrill

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order when:

1. Immediately after placing the order.  If you change your mind or made a mistake, you can cancel the order within 1-2 minutes before it’s processing.

2. Ezbuyskin does not send/ship your item within 24 hrs promised time + 12 hrs grace period and they didn’t try to communicate with you.


    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact your online waiter by open a live chat.

    Exchanges Code

    If the code is expired within 24h after we send, we shall send another valid code to buyer or cancel order to you if this item no longer has valid code in the market. Expired after 24h after we send, it’s the buyer’s responsibility, no refund and no exchange.

    How I receive Codes and How long Does It takes?
